Multiple renovations and remodels were completed at the Hulet and Park Elementary Schools, Junior High and High School campuses under the State of Arizona’s Deficiency Correction Program. Services included review of School Facilities Board assessments, cost projections, representation at SFB meetings, design and construction administration. Projects included roof replacements, new mechanical systems, electrical upgrades, site drainage improvements and floor replacements. New construction included new classroom wings at Park School and Hulet School, a new gymnasium at Hulet School, new classroom building and wrestling facilities at the High School. The work was generally constructed while facilities were occupied.
