The Ambulatory Surgi-Center
With four surgery rooms, pre-op, surgical and recovery areas, business offices, reception/waiting area - this 12,000 square foot ambulatory surgical center was a joint venture between Devenney Group Limited and Johnson Walzer Associates. The structure is a single story steel and masonry building on a concrete slab. The project is located adjacent to the main entry to the East Campus and is physically linked to the hospital entry waiting area. The project makes maximum use of natural light and a maximum use of space.
