LA-Z-BOY Furniture Gallery
This new showroom for La-Z-Boy was completed under a design-build project delivery system. Construction required six months, much of whihc was during the winter. The design required a team approach, bringing together the builder, the franchise in Phoenix, the corporate officials in Michigan and interior consultants in the mid-west. This store is a new prototype and the first to combine La-Z-Boy and Simmon's Mattress stores in one facility. Site design required integration with the remaining, fully developed shopping center.
